Quote Requests & Bookings
Submitting a quote request is not a final booking. A service is only confirmed once we have communicated with you and agreed on the scope, price, and schedule.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates may depend on the scope of work, the photos you share, or an on-site walkthrough. Final pricing may be adjusted once we understand the full details of the job.
Deposits
A deposit may be required for larger or scheduled jobs. If a deposit applies, we will let you know before the work is confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please coordinate with us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule and offer the time to other customers.
Property Access
You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property to be cleaned, including any gate codes, keys, parking, or entry instructions our team needs to complete the work.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in, we use SMS/text messages only for quote request follow-ups. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
